Job Title: Senior Chef

Job Overview: We are seeking a hardworking and experienced Senior Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, maintain high kitchen standards, and work effectively within a team environment. This role requires flexibility, strong organisational skills, and the ability to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen at all times. Live in available Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes. Support the Head Chef with ordering and managing produce. Ensure the kitchen is kept clean, organised, and compliant with house rules at all times. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service. Help maintain stock levels and reduce waste where possible.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a senior chef or similar role. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A proactive, hardworking attitude with attention to detail. Commitment to maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen environment.

Working Hours:

Approximately 45 hours per week, including weekend shifts.
