Canary Wharf | Monday-Friday | 40 hours | Paid Overtime

We are recruiting an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join a high-volume, premium hospitality operation based in Canary Wharf.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong, hands-on leader with a fine-dining background who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments while maintaining exceptional standards.
The Role Working hours: 7:30am-4:00pm, with 1-2 occasional evening shifts (paid overtime)

Leading a brigade of 10 chefs and 4 Kitchen Porters

Delivering consistent, high-quality food across multiple service styles

Service Overview Breakfast, lunch and dinner service

Daily private dining (up to 18 rooms)

High-volume working lunches (up to 300 covers per day)

Buffet service for 50-200 covers

Canapés and finger food for events of up to 200 guests

Family-style buffets and structured banqueting

Fine dining programme delivering approximately 100 covers per week

Key Requirements Proven senior-level fine dining experience within high-volume, complex kitchen operations

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and manage large teams

Confidence delivering consistent quality under pressure

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
