We're looking for a passionate and confident Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering consistently excellent dishes and leading a committed kitchen brigade. You'll play a key role in maintaining high standards, driving quality and creativity, and contributing to a positive, collaborative kitchen environment.
Sous Chef Ideal Profile:
A highly motivated chef with strong technical skills and a passion for great food

Sous Chef Responsibilities:
Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Lead services in the Head Chef's absence, maintaining high standards
Train, mentor and develop junior members of the brigade
Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation are always delivered
Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards
Assist with stock control, ordering and minimising waste
