Opening early this year, this vibrant, family-run pub serves fresh, locally sourced, inventive dishes —and it's your talent that will help make it egg-straordinary!
What You'll Do:
Support the Head Chef in running a busy, buzzing kitchen
Help develop and deliver a seasonal, innovative menu that delights guests
Lead, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff to achieve excellence
Maintain top-notch standards in food quality, hygiene, and presentation
Assist with stock management, ordering, and cost control

Proven professional kitchen experience, ideally with leadership responsibility
Strong culinary skills, creativity, and eye for detail
Excellent team management and communication skills
