This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sous Chef for the brand new Zetter Bloomsbury scheduled to open in April 2026, based in Central London. The Senior Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchens daily operations, maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring the seamless preparation of quality dishes. Responsibilities include overseeing food preparation, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing stock and inventory, training and mentoring team members, and contributing to menu development while adhering to sustainability practices.
