This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef to join a stable and talented brigade, supporting the Head Chef in delivering an exceptional food offering while helping to lead and develop the team. You will be an experienced Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up, with a solid background in fresh food kitchens. Youll be confident leading a team, calm under pressure and passionate about maintaining high standards across every aspect of the kitchen. A hands-on approach and a genuine love for quality ingredients and well-executed dishes are essential. As Senior Sous Chef you will: Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen Lead the brigade during service, ensuring consistency and quality Assist in menu development, working with seasonal and locally sourced produce Train, mentor and develop junior members of the team Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation and kitchen management Assist with stock control, ordering and GP management This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef looking to take the next step in their career within a respected, food-led hotel in a truly outstanding setting.
