The role

We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to play a key role in shaping projects that improve the way people move, work, live, and play in the built environment.

Key responsibilities

Lead structural design and delivery on complex projects across multiple sectors.

Collaborate closely with architects, civil engineers, and other design disciplines.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and sustainable design practices.

Contribute to the development of innovative engineering solutions and BIM integration.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is:

Chartered (or near-chartered) with the ICE or IStructE.

Experienced in leading projects from concept through to completion.

Skilled in structural analysis, design software, and BIM methodologies.

A strong communicator who thrives in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments.

Passionate about sustainable engineering and innovative design.
