We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our specialist home in St Helens, to provide high-quality care and life-enriching opportunities to the people we support. Job Role Our St Helens residential service is a fully detached, five-bed home just a 10-minute walk from the town centre. It provides a calm, structured setting where five adults receive personalised 2:1 support, tailored to their individual needs and daily routines. The individuals we support are mostly non-verbal and have a range of conditions, including autism, Down syndrome, and epilepsy. They enjoy varied activities such as sensory sessions, swimming, indoor skydiving at the Trafford Centre, community centre involvement, and college placements. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be leading the team whilst you are on shift, acting as a role model to deliver the highest standards of care. You will develop strong relationships with the team and the people we support to ensure the best possible outcomes.
