About the Casual Senior Support Worker role: Essential : This role requires a Diploma or Level 2 In Health and Social Care or equivalent in Adult Care. Hours : 37 hours per week Pay : £13.50ph Plus additional sleepovers paid at £64 per night Benefits : Include Pension, 6 weeks Holidays inclusive of bank holidays, Wage Stream, Flourish Rewards, Staff discount at our Social Enterprises, Employee Assistance Program. Training & Development : We provide a wide range of training opportunities such as access to Mental Health First Aid, BSL Level 1, Apprenticeships, NVQ and ILM Level 3 (all subject to eligibility). What we are looking for in our Senior Support Worker: You will need significant experience of supporting people with complex needs and have a real desire to work with an excellent and positive team. You will be able to demonstrate good organisational skills, leadership, communication skills and a willingness to work closely with colleagues and Team Leaders to ensure the effective and smooth running of the Service. You will be expected to assist the Team Leader in the supervision and development of specialist staff, management of service rotas, development, and delivery of support packages. You will have flexibility to work evenings and alternate weekends and take the responsibility of the on-call service on a shared rota basis.
