Were looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our specialist home in St Helens, to provide high-quality care and life-enriching opportunities to the people we support.
Job Role
Our home in St Helens is a quiet residential setting with easy access to local parks, green spaces, shops and community amenities. It provides a calm, welcoming environment where individuals can feel comfortable, supported and part of their local community.
The home currently supports one individual and will soon welcome two more, making this an important period of transition. Senior staff play a key role in helping new residents settle in, shaping routines, overseeing care plans and ensuring individuals are supported to engage in meaningful activities that reflect their interests. The focus is on creating a positive, well-organised and person-centred environment where individuals can thrive.
