Senior Support Worker

PERMANENT Kettering NN16 8DX(Town Centre) £13.95 per hour - 37.5 hours on Days, inc alternative weekends. Shifts are both Earlies and Lates (7am-2.30pm and2.30pm-10pm), working 5 shifts a week. This includes alternative weekends.

Please note - Having a FULL UK Manual Driving Licence is essential.

A minimum of 12 months UK experience with Service Users with Learning and/or Physical Disabilities. You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the 4 Service Users. You will need to maintain records and produce concise and accurate reports while on shift.

Essential Requirements: 12 months minimum Experience of working with Service Users who have Learning Disabilities is essential. NVQ Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care. Its important to understand that this role is not a Monday to Friday 9

5. You will be supported by the management team.
