Job Role
Bridgewell is a warm, lively, and welcoming home in Stockton Heath, supporting eight adults who live meaningful, active, and busy lives. There's always something going on from football matches and music events to cinema trips, shopping days, cooking sessions, theatre outings, and even big days out like water parks. Every day is different, and every moment is an opportunity to help someone grow in confidence and independence.
We're looking for people who bring warmth, energy, and creativity into their support. Most importantly, you'll be committed to keeping the people we support safe, respected, and at the centre of everything you do. If you're passionate about making a difference and want to be part of a team where creativity, compassion, and energy are valued every day, Bridgewell could be the perfect place for you.
