We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our specialist home in St Helens, to provide high-quality care and life-enriching opportunities to the people we support. Job Role Our St Helens residential service is a fully detached, five-bed home just a 10-minute walk from the town centre. It provides a calm, structured setting where five adults receive personalised 2:1 support, tailored to their individual needs and daily routines. The individuals we support are mostly non-verbal and have a range of conditions, including autism, Down syndrome, and epilepsy. They enjoy varied activities such as sensory sessions, swimming, indoor skydiving at the Trafford Centre, community centre involvement, and college placements. Staff play an important role in offering encouragement, supporting engagement, and assisting individuals with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, so they can participate fully and comfortably in their routines. We're looking for resilient, determined and adaptable Senior Support Workers who can lead by example, support the team, and confidently guide individuals through change.
