We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, high-growth property management team with a market-leading reputation for quality, innovation and staff retention. This is a chance to join a collaborative, well-resourced business managing some of Central London’s most prominent mixed-use assets for high-value private and institutional clients.

The Role

Reporting to a senior director, you’ll take ownership of a diverse multi-let portfolio with a hands-on focus on commercial management, supported by in-house finance, FM and specialist teams (ESG, CX, tech, data and procurement). Some asset management exposure sits alongside the core PM remit.

You’ll ensure assets are:

• Operated to best-in-class standards
• Safe, compliant and well maintained
• Customer-focused and competitive
• Efficiently run with strong service charge control
• Progressing clear sustainability objectives

• MRICS qualified
• Experienced managing multi-let assets and teams
• Confident client-facing professional
• Commercial, ambitious, and highly organised
• London-based (4 days per week)
