We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Systems Administrator to take the lead on managing and optimising our IT infrastructure — with a strong focus on VMware , automation, and enterprise-grade system performance.

What You’ll Be Doing Administer and monitor enterprise systems, ensuring high availability Lead and manage a VMware virtualised environment : upgrades, provisioning, and performance tuning Automate infrastructure using tools like Ansible , PowerShell, or Bash Implement robust backup and disaster recovery strategies Enforce security measures, conduct audits, and ensure compliance Troubleshoot complex system issues and support continuous improvement Document system configurations and generate performance reports
