Their portfolio spans next- transport hubs, large-scale education facilities, and civic masterplans – projects that demand technical excellence, creative problem-solving, and seamless multidisciplinary coordination.

With a growing pipeline of major international work, they’re now seeking a Senior Architect (ARB-registered) to take a key role in the delivery of these transformative projects.

What you’ll be doing

Leading design and delivery across all RIBA stages, from strategic concept through to construction Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, working closely with consultants (MEP, structural, interiors) to ensure technical and design integrity Overseeing Revit-led workflows, producing clear, buildable, and technically robust information Acting as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, supporting the management of large-scale, complex projects Mentoring and supporting junior team members within a collaborative studio environment

What you’ll bring

ARB registration with 5–8+ years’ experience on medium to large-scale projects Strong Revit proficiency and confidence navigating BIM workflows Proven experience in transport, infrastructure, education, or civic projects Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage input from multiple disciplines A solutions-focused mindset, balancing creative design thinking with technical delivery
