This is a delivery leadership role with strong technical depth and executive presence. Ideal for: A seasoned delivery leader who can translate strategy into delivery plans, manage complex dependencies across business and technology, and consistently land outcomes in regulated, multi-vendor insurance environments. Your Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream Data & Analytics programs (roadmap execution go-live stabilization).
Establish and run program governance: steering committees, design authorities, risk boards; ensure timely decisions and transparent reporting.
Define delivery operating model, RACI, and cross-team engagement (client, vendor, and internal teams).
Build realistic plans and budgets, manage scope, dependencies, risks, and change control.
Engage C-suite/VP/Director-level business and technology sponsors; manage expectations and alignment to value outcomes.
Lead steering group forums-present status, trade-offs, risks, mitigation, and commercial impacts.
Govern multi-vendor delivery (SI, tool/platform vendors, data providers), SLAs, and contract deliverables.
Guide delivery for: MDM/Customer 360 (e.g., Reltio/Informatica/Semarchy):
match/merge, survivorship, stewardship, integrations.
Data integration:
APIs/events, batch/streaming ingestion, CDC, lineage.
Data engineering:
data lake/lakehouse, orchestration (Airflow/MWAA), ETL/ELT (e.g., Glue), DQ frameworks.
Discovery services:
BI/analytics (Power BI/Tableau), ML feature pipelines, self-service data products.
Oversee architecture conformance, security/compliance (PII/PHI, GDPR), and cost optimization.
Ensure observability (logging/metrics), DQ SLAs, lineage, and platform SLOs.

Claims
Underwriting
Pricing/Actuarial
Distribution/Broker
Fraud/Financial Crime
Regulatory reporting
Translate domain needs (e.g., FNOL, policy lifecycle, claims triage, loss reserving, IFRS/solvency) into prioritized backlogs and success metrics.
People Leadership & Ways of Working Lead cross-functional squads (data engineers, MDM specialists, platform/SRE, QA, analysts) across onshore/offshore models.
Drive Agile at scale (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe), objective setting (OKRs), and continuous improvement.
Mentor delivery leads and tech leads; foster a culture of ownership, quality, and proactive risk management.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience: Over 12 years of experience leading end-to-end delivery of large, multi-workstream Data & Analytics programs from planning through stabilization.
Strong track record in establishing program governance, managing budgets, risks, scope, dependencies, and driving enterprise-level decision-making.
Deep expertise engaging C-suite/VP stakeholders, aligning expectations, and presenting status, risks, and trade-offs in executive steering forums.
Proven ability to govern multi-vendor delivery ecosystems-system integrators, platform vendors, and data providers - ensuring SLA and contractual compliance.
Solid technical delivery background across MDM/Customer 360, data integration (APIs, streaming, CDC), data engineering (lakehouse, ETL/ELT, orchestration), and BI/analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of architecture alignment, data privacy/security (PII/PHI, GDPR), observability, operational SLOs, and cost optimization.
Broad insurance domain knowledge across policy administration, claims, underwriting, pricing/actuarial, distribution, fraud, and regulatory reporting, with ability to translate needs into data product roadmaps.
