Job Description

Setting Out Engineer \n Permanent \n Salary: £40,000-£46,000 DOE + benefits package \n Successful and long-standing Groundworks & Civil Engineering contractor require an additional SETTING OUT ENGINEER to join their team, following a period of expansion. Our client has a solid pipeline of projects and a growing team, and the successful SITE ENGINEER will have the opportunity to take on managerial responsibility, should that be a route that interests them. To deliver setting-out works on ongoing contracts, ensuring that they operate within cost, productivity, Quality and Health, Safety and Environment targets.

\n· Have a high level of commercial awareness related to the works. \n· Assure that all work is carried out to company safety, environmental, and Quality standards and to regularly communicate with staff and operatives. \n· Experience as a Site Engineer on civil engineering projects.

\n· Relevant Civil Engineering Qualification (HNC and upwards). \n· Strong understanding of Groundworks. \n· Have good working knowledge of IT systems, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office \n·
