What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver expert planning advice across a range of development types.
• Manage end-to-end planning applications, appeals, and site promotions.
• Represent clients at committees, hearings, and public inquiries.
• Oversee project teams and coordinate input from specialist consultants.
• Lead client communications and maintain strong long-term relationships.
• Contribute to business development—winning new work for yourself and others.
• Support internal initiatives and mentor junior team members.

Your Expertise

• Chartered Member of the RTPI.
• Extensive, diverse planning experience (private sector background essential).
• Deep understanding of planning policy and development processes.
• Skilled in preparing and managing all forms of planning applications, appeals, and policy representations.
• Strong project leadership and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and self-motivation.
