Harnham have been established in the US market now for over 10 years, and have a team of 30 based in the USA with an average fee size of $55,000.

In the last three months the largest deal size was $180k - the market, especially within Data & Analytics is booming!

The honest part… the visa requirements for relocation with the embassy are quite strict, you will need the following to qualify to move ASAP:

Non‑Management Roles

University degree + 3 years recruitment experience OR No degree + 5 years recruitment experience within a market somewhat related to Data & Analytics + a clean police record

Management Roles

University degree + 3 years recruitment experience OR No degree + 5 years recruitment experience AND proven management experience in your current role (at least 2 direct reports beneath you) + a clean police record

These requirements are not created by Harnham, instead, come from our track record of successful visa processes with our specialist legal support and recent changes to the VISA system.
