Senior Town Planner Location: London

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced planning professional to join a leading national law firm's planning team, advising on high-profile and complex development projects across London and the wider UK. The role offers excellent exposure to strategic planning matters, major regeneration schemes, and close collaboration with legal and real estate professionals.

The Role

As a Senior Town Planner, you will provide expert planning advice in support of a broad client base, working on a wide range of development and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities include:

Advising on planning strategy, risk, and policy for development projects

Managing and supporting planning applications, appeals, and pre-application processes

Preparing planning appraisals, statements, and due diligence reports

Supporting planning aspects of real estate transactions and development agreements

Liaising with local planning authorities, consultants, and legal colleagues

Contributing to client relationship management and business development

About You

The ideal Senior Town Planner will have:

A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline
