We are looking for a Senior Validation Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in validating complex systems in the telecommunications and satellite domains. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate and test complex telecommunication and satellite systems, including chip and system-level designs
• Work on Analog, RF, and high-speed communication blocks, including SERDES links
• Operate and manage advanced test equipment
• Develop automated validation solutions
• Perform in-depth debugging and root cause analysis of issues observed during testing
• Plan, estimate, and execute system-level test strategies and validation roadmap
• Document and track defects, contributing to knowledge sharing using Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
• Apply best practice testing methodologies to ensure thorough validation coverage
• Collaborate across engineering teams, providing technical input and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in testing telecommunication or satellite systems.
• Proven background in chip and system testing, especially with analog, RF, and high-speed communication designs
• Expertise in time domain high-speed links (SERDES) and associated test equipment
• Proficiency in automation programming (C/C++/Python or similar)
• Excellent debugging skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex technical issues
• Familiarity with test methodologies and industry best practices
• Experience with defect tracking and documentation tools (JIRA and Confluence preferred)
