The Role
You'll sit on the core Research team, owning work end-to-end from ambiguous idea through to production — at a scale that impacts millions of users. This isn't prompt engineering. This is frontier ML research shipping to the real world.
What you'll be doing:
Building models for enterprise customer support tasks that outperform closed-source frontier models Fine-tuning and deploying open-source LLMs to drive order-of-magnitude latency reductions across channels Designing state-of-the-art methods for instruction tuning and information retrieval Breaking down complex research problems into clear, iterative roadmaps Writing clean, bug-free ML code that powers production systems at scale
✅ What We're Looking For
7+ years in AI/ML engineering or research (5+ for exceptional talent) Proven track record shipping ML projects from concept to production Deep experience fine-tuning and deploying LLMs in production environments Experience with multimodal models Strong engineering fundamentals — you write production-quality ML code
Compensation & Benefits
