You do not need automotive experience to be successfulin this role?-?we will train?that, but?some form of customer services experience would be beneficial.?

The Opportunity:

As a Service Advisor you will be the?first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicle in for a service.?

In this role you will?be:?

• Meeting and greeting customers;?

• Booking vehicles into the diary;?

• Ensuring the customer database is updated andaccurate;?

• Support the profitability of the service department by using trained and professional sales techniques;?

• Ensuring customers are familiar with the variety of workshop services;?

• Accurately recording vehicle faults;?

• Liaising with the service technicians to keep track of vehicles progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready for customer collection on time;?

• Obtaining authority and payments for repairs.

About You:

• You will have effective communication skills (verbal and written)in order toprofessionally interact with customers (face to face and over the phone);?

• Excellent organisation skills;?

• Able to manage your time effectively to prioritise your workload and meet tight deadlines;?

• Self-motivated,energeticand enthusiastic.?

• A good standard of verbal and numerical reasoning;?

• Core skills in computing (essential), including web systems,emailand use of excel, with a keen eye for detail;?

• Previousexperience in a target driven role (desirable but not essential);?

• Experience with CDK (desirable but not essential);

• A full UK driving licence.?
