Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join their reputable automotive dealership in Great Yarmouth. Greeting customers warmly and managing their service bookings efficiently
Providing accurate and transparent quotations for vehicle repairs and maintenance
Liaising effectively with technicians and parts departments to ensure smooth workshop operations
Advising customers on additional services and maintenance needs
Handling customer queries professionally, providing outstanding service throughout
Candidate profile:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and administrative abilities
A proactive approach to identifying additional sales opportunities
A full, valid driving licence
