Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Service Area Manager for our Field Service team. The main goal of the role is to provide day-to-day management and training of field staff, including employee selection, field training and safety. This individual will also lead operational efforts and ensure superior customer satisfaction.
On a typical day you will: Ensure all aspects of field safety across your engineers/mechanics. Direct the performance of field maintenance and contractual service operations, performing regular 1:1 with your team. Conduct field education training with your engineers. Maintain customer quality assurance, managing the expenditure of labor and materials Improve efficiencies, managing route schedules and callback rates Authorise repair orders and tracking completion Lead change to better efficiency and communication
