Service Delivery Driver/Serice Team Member

To facilitate the smooth running of the business in relation to the delivery, installation, commission, and collection of all TKC products. Follow instructions, processes, and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the company. Ensure all works, including maintenance works, are carried out to a high standard and in line with the companys procedures. When necessary, assist in the manufacturing unit with general production and maintenance duties. Work closely with colleagues and demonstrate a can-do attitude which supports others in their role. Role will include staying away from home when necessary and weekend on-call duties.
Key Duties / Key Responsibilities:
Delivery, and collection of kitchen and bathroom products, carried out right first time, in a timely manner.
Construction, and decommission of modular products, carried out right first time, in a timely manner.
Carry out general maintenance and repairs on product set whilst at the customers property
Act as an ambassador for the business at all times when driving a company vehicle and wearing company uniform.
Provide a first-class service in order to promote the business across social media and back to the insurance network.
Follow processes and procedures as outlined by the business:
Highway code and tachograph rules
Data protection, social media and internet usage
Install guidelines, using the software provided
Ensure vehicles are clean (inside and out) and vehicle issues reported immediately
Ensure drivers bay areas are kept clean, ordered and hazard free
Follow H&S procedures highlighting potential issues swiftly
Communicate any product issues in a timely manner to the relevant departments
Look for opportunities to improve the product, quality, efficiency through your role
KPIs
Product delivered, installed, and collected without faults reported and revisits
Vehicle safety checks completed, and tachograph rules followed as instructed
Meet production targets when in working in the yard
Install and collection procedures followed (including photos)
New ideas or improvements that reduce cost, reduce build time, raise customer satisfaction, address ongoing issues
