Service Delivery Manager

to join a leading facilities management provider operating within a major UK aviation environment. This role is based full-time on site and will oversee the delivery of maintenance and facilities services across West London. You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of critical building systems within a fast-paced aviation setting. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of multi-skilled engineers delivering planned and reactive maintenance across terminal facilities

Ensure all service delivery meets contractual KPIs, SLAs, and regulatory compliance standards

Oversee maintenance activities across a range of building services within a live aviation environment

Drive high standards of health, safety, and operational performance

Manage subcontractors and specialist service providers where required

Monitor performance, reporting, and service improvements to ensure optimal operational delivery

Support continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and facilities services

Requirements Proven experience working within an

aviation environment

Strong background in

facilities management , ideally managing

hard services, soft services, or integrated FM contracts

Demonstrated experience managing engineering or maintenance teams

Technical or engineering qualification (e.g., HNC/HND, NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)

Strong knowledge of building services maintenance and compliance standards

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to operate effectively in a high-profile, safety-critical environment
