Kinetech is supporting the hire of a Service Support Analyst to deliver high-quality first and second-line IT support within a professional services environment.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, user interaction and working across modern Microsoft technologies.What youll be doing:Providing 1st & 2nd line IT support across incidents and service requestsSupporting Windows 11, Azure Virtual Desktop, M365, Teams and ExchangeManaging joiners, movers and leaversInstalling and supporting laptops, desktops and meeting room techWorking with third-party IT suppliers and SOC teamsResponding to cyber alerts and completing security control checksMaintaining hardware and software asset recordsWhat were looking for:Experience supporting Azure & Microsoft 365 environmentsStrong customer-facing IT support backgroundClear communicator with excellent time-management skillsAwareness of cyber security and data protection principlesITIL knowledge and Microsoft certifications are a plusThe package:??
