Are you an experienced Security Systems Engineer looking for a role where your expertise is truly valued We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our growing team, working with cutting-edge security technologies across a varied and rewarding customer base.
In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a range of electronic security systems, including Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control Systems , ensuring they operate to the highest industry standards. If you have strong technical knowledge, a customer-first mindset, and experience working with IP-based security systems, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
Job Responsibilities Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and responding to reactive service calls.

Managing your own workload effectively to ensure jobs are prioritised and completed efficiently.

Diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs and ensuring systems are fully compliant and operational.

Completing accurate work reports and providing clear recommendations to clients.

Delivering outstanding customer service while building strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers.

Skills & Experience Proven experience within the electronic security industry.

Experience and/or knowledge of IP-based networks and security systems.

A full UK driving licence.

Ability to safely lift equipment and work at height using ladders.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role.

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.

Relevant industry qualifications such as 18th Edition, NVQ, City & Guilds or BTEC (desirable but not essential).

Salary & Package
£42k-45K dependent on experience.

25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

40-hour working week (8:00am - 5:00pm) plus call-out/standby opportunities.
