Role Contribution

The Field Service Engineer role is key to ensuring the brand is highly regarded through world class service support and maintenance of our products. The candidate must be willing to work in various and sometimes challenging environments, from well-equipped workshops to remote sites while still maintaining a consistent level of support to the customer.

Candidate Profile

- City & Guilds Level 3 Apprenticeship (or equivalent) as a minimum - IMI Level 3 Electric/Hybrid Vehicle maintenance preferable - Multi-disciplined capability - mechanical and electrical knowledge - Background in field service and engineering - Diesel/Electric PSV experience preferable - Excellent diagnostic capabilities - Good IT skills - Experience with relevant industry diagnostic software programs - Full UK driving license
