Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Installation and Service Engineer located in the Tyne and Wear area. The Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, performing maintenance and repairs, providing field service support, and delivering technical assistance. The role also involves ensuring optimal functioning of security systems and maintaining a high level of professionalism while interacting with clients to address their service needs.
