Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?

This role is offered on a fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent.
You will join our 24/7 Service Management Centre, where you will manage customer tickets, monitor critical systems, prioritise and escalate faults, coordinate engineer activity, and ensure SLA targets are consistently achieved.

The shift pattern operates on a three‑week rotation:

  • Week 1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00
  • Week 2: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00
  • Week 3: 6‑hour shifts each day, including on‑call responsibilities

In addition to core service operations, you will support reporting, routine maintenance tasks, and the coordination of supplier access. This is a dynamic, collaborative environment where strong communication, organisation, and customer focus are essential.

You’ll support customers from issue receipt to resolution, allocate work, and assist engineers to ensure timely updates and SLA compliance.

Key tasks include monitoring systems, managing tickets in Field Service Lightning, updating customers, prioritising faults, coordinating engineers and spares, tracking tasks, completing maintenance, reporting, and arranging supplier access.

You're an excellent communicator, proactive problem-solver, and thrive under pressure while meeting deadlines. Computer literacy, including Excel and Outlook, is essential, and you're enthusiastic about learning new systems, products, and processes.
