Role Overview - Service Manager Fire Alarm Systems
Lead the Fire Alarm Service Department, managing planned and reactive maintenance, supporting engineers, and ensuring compliance with BS 5839-1:2025. Ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge and proven leadership in fire alarm systems.
Key Responsibilities - Service Manager Fire Alarm Systems
Manage PPM and reactive service delivery.
Support and lead engineers and service desk staff.
Ensure compliance and high service standards.
Maintain client relationships and provide technical guidance.
Skills & Experience - Service Manager Fire Alarm Systems
Fire alarm service management or senior engineering background.
Knowledge of Gent, Notifier, Advanced, Protec, or similar.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Full UK driving licence.
