Service Manager supporting adults with complex needs including
mental health challenges, homelessness, and drug and alcohol misuse histories . This is a highly rewarding leadership opportunity to oversee a service that changes lives, promotes recovery, and supports individuals to regain independence and stability. Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day management of the residential service Ensure safe, compliant, person-centred support delivery Supervise, support, and develop staff teams Oversee care planning and risk management processes Work in partnership with external agencies (housing, MH teams, substance misuse services) Manage safeguarding concerns effectively and appropriately Lead rota management and on-call responsibilities Drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes About You
We are looking for someone who has: Experience in supported living or residential leadership roles Strong knowledge of
mental health, homelessness, and substance misuse Confident leadership and team development skills Understanding of safeguarding and compliance requirements Ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations A passion for supporting vulnerable adults to rebuild their lives Whats on Offer
