We are seeking a confident manager who will monitor, report and advise on practices which promote choice, well-being and protection of all individuals within our 3 supported living services, Strourbank, All Saints & Avon Place. Stourbank is a detached bungalow where people are supported to live independently. The accessible property has five bedrooms, each with a wet room style ensuite. At All Saints people are supported to live independently while forming part of a close-knit community. Avon Place is a new property for Lifeways and is ready to welcome new residents. This set of apartments provides the perfect mix of independent living and staff support – living in a shared building means individuals can benefit from a vibrant community, while having peace and quiet whenever they need it too. We provide support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injuries and mental health needs within this service, you will be managing a team to ensure they are promoting independence and providing the best support every day of the year.

What you can bring to Lifeways:

Must hold a minimum of Level 3 in Health social care or equivalent.

A wealth of experience in people management and Health & Social care

Previous experience supporting those with complex mental health needs

A valid UK drivers’ licence
