  • Acting as a senior escalation point for key customers
  • Developing, coaching, and supporting remote engineering and support teams
  • Driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and performance metrics

  • Proven experience in service management within an engineering, manufacturing, or technical services environment
  • Strong multi-region workforce planning and scheduling capability, including managing travel, job complexity, and skill requirements
  • Commercial confidence, with experience in job costing, budget control, margin management, and operational decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop remote, field-based teams, maintaining high standards despite geographic dispersion
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure
  • Clear, confident communicator, able to manage customer relationships, resolve escalations, and align internal stakeholders
  • Strong digital capability, including CRM/ERP systems, service planning tools, and performance reporting dashboards
  • Background in engineering, manufacturing, or technical services is essential for this one

What You’ll Bring

  • A proactive, improvement-driven mindset
  • Strong leadership presence with a collaborative approach
  • Calm decision-making in high-pressure situations
  • A clear focus on safety, service quality, and operational excellence

Why Apply?

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical service function within a growing technical organisation, with real scope to shape processes, improve performance, and develop a high-performing service team.

If you’re a commercially minded service leader who thrives in a multi-region environment, we’d love to hear from you.
