Service Manager Salary:  £35,000 per annum Hours:  Full-time, Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities: Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and implement innovative strategies for improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. Support and train team members effectively, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Deliver comprehensive performance reports to track progress and identify areas for further development. Manage and process bookings efficiently, ensuring all operations run smoothly. Ensure a positive customer experience at all times, prioritising customer satisfaction and service excellence. Person Specification: Proven experience in an operational leadership role, demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire teams. Proficient in using Microsoft Office packages to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Strong leadership abilities, capable of guiding teams to meet and exceed operational targets.
