TSI is a small, team-oriented business that designs, supplies, installs, and services specialized surgical solutions. The Field Service Technician role involves onsite and shop repair, maintenance, and installation of surgical equipment. The technician will ensure customer needs are met and contribute to patient care. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, equipment installation, utilizing service platforms, adhering to safety standards, and managing company provided vehicles and tools.
