What you’ll do:
As a Service Technician, you’ll be the trusted face of Water Technologies at customer sites, completing a variety of water hygiene tasks, including:
Temperature monitoring, water sampling, and shower cleans and descales
TMV servicing and cold water storage tank inspections and disinfecting
Assisting with cooling tower cleaning and disinfection
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and industry regulations
Recording and reporting work using digital tools (ZetaSafe, Word, Excel)
Building strong client relationships and offering proactive recommendations

️ What we’re looking for:
Strong knowledge of ACoP L8 and HSG274 (training desirable if not yet achieved)
Good IT skills and experience with Google apps and email
Full UK driving licence
A team player with strong communication and time management skills
Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
Experience with Zeta mobile app or similar is a plus
