The Role

As an Advisor Business Consultant you will be part of an innovative team, working to define and deploy world class customer solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

With this senior position the Advisor Business Consultant is a lead voice in client business analysis, consultation, service design, and delivery, specifically addressing ServiceNow as an enabler to drive organizational change and improvement.

Providing process and technical expertise as a consulting service to clients; contributing to the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions including customer engagement, user requirement definition, change management, engagement management, configuration of technical infrastructure components, business focused testing and training. You will develop and demonstrate specialised knowledge and skills in ServiceNow as an enterprise solution.

Responsibilities

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have several years experience in ServiceNow design and development in a consulting environment.

An understanding of Business Analysis and Service Management concepts, delivery assurance principals and procedures.

A high level of knowledge of the ServiceNow application and ideally experience of platform delivery and enhancement.

You Will Have Obtained The Following Certifications

Some ServiceNow development and scripting skills such as JavaScript, HTML and XHTML, XML, CSS, AJAX, AngularJS would be advantageous.

Project Management and Training certification and experience would be very beneficial.

You will need to have strong communications both written and oral, ability to present solutions to customers including senior management and be highly focused on providing strong customer service.

Able to work as part of a team or individually to project timelines, you will need to be pro-active, creative, hold strong analytical skills, and able to research solutions and make recommendations. You will need to be willing to learn and take on new challenges.

You will need to have the ability to work from home and to travel to client locations for meetings and workshops or work on client sites for periods where required.
