You will play a key role in maintaining a seamless living experience for residents by ensuring all building systems operate to the highest standards. The Role Maintain and operate high-spec mechanical and electrical systems within a luxury residential setting Respond to maintenance requests quickly and professionally, delivering a five-star service experience Carry out planned and reactive maintenance using CAFM and BMS systems Monitor plant performance and proactively resolve issues Ensure full compliance with statutory and safety requirements Support emergency procedures and critical incidents when required About You Proven experience as a Shift Engineer within a high-end residential, hotel, or luxury environment Relevant electrical or mechanical qualifications (C&G Level 2/3 or equivalent) Strong technical knowledge across M&E systems Professional, polished, and service-focused approach Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Working Pattern 4 on / 4 off (7am7pm), with occasional night cover Whats on Offer £49,000 salary + £2,500 bonus + additional incentives Enhanced benefits package including pension and life insurance Ongoing training and development A collaborative, high-performing team environment The opportunity to work within a truly prestigious setting
