As an essential member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing various daily maintenance tasks, ensuring that guest bedrooms are well-maintained and consistently presented in immaculate condition. Its a lively place to be, offering a ground floor coffee bar, atmospheric Irish pub and 14 event spaces that can accommodate up to 300 people. What were looking for: Essential Skills: 2 years experience in Property Maintenance or similar role. Strong problem-solving abilities. Proactive approach to maintaining high standards of safety and functionality. Team player who thrives in a busy environment. Experience with maintenance management systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Desirable Skills (Not required but a plus): Certifications in Facilities Management, Health & Safety, or related fields. Experience with energy management and sustainability initiatives. Multi-site management experience.
