With 8–9 new sort centres planned over the coming years, this role plays a key part in turning that vision into reality.As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll have the unique opportunity to help shape a brand-new site from the ground up—embedding best practices, building and supporting a high-performing team, and creating a strong, values-led culture from day one.This is a hands-on, high-impact role, where you’ll be responsible for leading the day-to-day running of sort operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment.
