Are you a proactive and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician looking for your next challenge in the fast-paced FMCG sector? Consortium are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturer seeking to strengthen their engineering team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency through effective maintenance and continuous improvement.
The Role:
As a key member of the engineering team, you will: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a wide range of production and packaging machinery. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime. Work collaboratively with production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency. Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
