Position: Shift Plumber Location: West Sussex Salary: Up to £42,500 per annum + Overtime Hours: 4 on 4 off shift pattern (Days & Nights) Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Shift Plumber to join the on-site team at a commercial facility in West Sussex. What you'll do:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across plumbing building services systems. Perform repairs on pipework, valves, pumps, drainage systems, sanitary ware, and associated mechanical plant. Undertake fault finding and diagnose issues to ensure systems remain safe and operational. Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests, completing works efficiently to minimise disruption. Support general building services maintenance and assist the wider engineering team when required. Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and site compliance standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any follow-on works. What you'll bring:

City & Guilds / NVQ in a Plumbing discipline. Experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance environments. Strong fault-finding and practical plumbing skills. A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach. Why Apply?
