A highly automated, fast-paced manufacturing business within the industrial materials sector is seeking an experienced Shift Production Manager to lead operations at one of its modern production facilities. The company operates multiple sites across Europe and is known for its strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities for this Shift Production Manager:

Develop, monitor, and improve production KPIs (output, quality, efficiency, waste, downtime) Oversee daily production output, efficiency, and quality Manage shipping operations and ensure on-time deliveries Drive lean/CI initiatives and reduce downtime/waste Develop production plans and schedules in collaboration with planning and logistics teams. Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards Work closely with maintenance to plan and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules. Collaborate with maintenance, planning, and supply chain teams Oversee budget, resource allocation, and cost management related to running operations. Manage shipping operations to guarantee on-time delivery and optimal logistics coordination

Benefits for this Shift Production Manager:

A salary in the region of £52,000, flexible depending on experience 22 days flexible holiday inclusive of public holidays and are flexible 7% company pension 5% employee Paid breaks Overtime rates are +1/3
