Key skills required for the Mechanical Site Supervisor role
Supervise piping construction activities during day and night shifts to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and drawings. Coordinate piping crews and subcontractors to meet daily and weekly work targets. Develop and prepare Bills of Materials (BoM) required for snag rectification and outstanding works. Coordinate with engineering, quality, and construction teams to resolve technical issues and discrepancies. Conduct site inspections and participate in walkdowns with clients and third-party inspectors as required. Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements and always promote safe working practices. Must have experience in working on an EFW (Energy from Waste) plant in construction / handover Site Supervisor experience with experience in mechanical snagging closures.
