Site Agent (Yorkshire) - Yorkshire
Overview I am seeking a proactive and experienced Site Agent to join my clients Civils Division and play a key role in the safe and successful delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects across Yorkshire. Working within the Leeds City Council and YORCivils Frameworks, you will operate in a compliant, collaborative and high-performing environment that prioritises safety, quality and teamwork.
Role Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site operations and project delivery Maintain positive relationships with clients, framework partners and stakeholders Ensure full compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements Manage project cost, programme, and quality outputs Lead staff and subcontractors in a productive, inclusive and safety-first environment Ensure documentation, reporting and site records meet framework compliance standards Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives Support the delivery of civil engineering works to agreed specifications and standards
Skills & Experience Proven experience in civil engineering and infrastructure delivery Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to guide teams and subcontractors effectively A commitment to safe working practices and compliance Confidence in managing time, budget and quality performance Professionalism, accountability and a collaborative mindset Relevant qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND, degree in Civil Engineering, SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) are desirable.
