We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently looking for a Site Manager based in and around the Exeter/ Yeovil area.

Day to Day:

The work will involve day to day management of social housing sites in the Bristol/ Weston areas. All site are installing renewable energy sources and require an understanding around social housing, working in tenanted properties.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

SMSTS

First aid certificate

Experience of day-to-day management of a site & subbies

Social housing maintenance experience desirable

Experience of decarbonisation projects – EWI, Air source heat pumps, Solar PV installs desirable.

Technical building knowledge essential

Previous experience of managing multiple trades on site
